Preseason outdoor training begins 6pm, Thursday 2nd with a team run. We meet at the Union Social at St Clair and Yonge and will begin our first of 3 outdoor jogs which will gradually increase in distance per session.
As a weight bearing exercise, running will build bone and muscle strength with an overall increase in cardiovascular fitness and recovery. Also a run in the crisp toronto air is always good for mental health and team bonding!
Arrive at Union Social no later than 6pm and with the run commencing after a short warm up.
