Toronto Dingos announce Major Sponsorship with Gatherings Resto Bar for the 2025 season

The Toronto Dingos Football Club is proud to announce Gatherings Resto Bar as the club’s major sponsor for the 2025 season.

This partnership marks the continuation of a longstanding relationship between the Dingos and the venue formerly known as the Sports Café, a cherished supporter of the club for over 20 years.

“Gatherings is more than just a sponsor. It’s a place that holds deep sentimental value for our club,” said Justin Robertson, President of the Toronto Dingos. “For decades, the former Sports Café was a cornerstone of our club culture, and to rekindle that connection under its new identity as Gatherings Resto Bar is truly special. We are excited to have them back as part of the Dingos family and it’s something we truly treasure – everything from the nostalgia of the facility to the friendly and welcoming bar staff.”

Located at 49 St. Clair West, Gatherings Resto Bar has been a favorite post-game and training destination for the Dingos since its opening in April 2023. Additionally, Cameron’s Brewery has committed to donating gift baskets for the Dingos’ fundraisers and anniversary celebrations, further strengthening the partnership.

Amanda Dunn, General Manager of Gatherings Resto Bar, said the club has embraced the venue as a home away from home on Thursday nights after training at midtown’s Balfour Park.

“The staff, management, and owners here at Gatherings Resto Bar are so very excited to announce that we have now become the official sponsors for the Dingos for their upcoming spring and summer season 2025,” she said. “The relationship we have formed with the team is irreplaceable, and we are so very grateful for this fantastic opportunity. We look forward to this season and hopefully many more to come.”
