A complete performance from the Toronto Dingos in the Toronto sun saw them run away with a massive victory over the Grand River Gargoyles 23.09 (147) to 1.0 (6).

The Dingos began the game firing, when half forward Justin Moore converted stellar play resulting in a set shot goal. Key forwards Rob McNaughton (Noddy) and Matteo Lugarini also snagged early goals, capitalizing on the great midfield craft to set the tone for the day early.
Whilst the Gargoyles managed to pick their way through to the centre of the ground, they were unable to overcome the Dingos press, with half backs Lachlan Barazza, Harry Moore & Bradley Wooten cutting off any would be forward thrusts and sending them back with interest. This kept the Gargs scoreless in the first half, whilst the Dingos managed the pile on 13 goals.
The Dingos kept piling on the goals in the second half as Noddy and Matteo became too much for the Gargs backline. However, the Gargs managed to snag one goal, their only score for the match, after a scramble on the goal line.
Ruckman Matt Howell battled to give silver service to the Dingos midfield, and 2025 recruit Rob Rusan run riot on the Gargoyles, seemingly bringing his own footy to the game, whilst key forwards Noddy and Matteo combined for 14 goals between them, whilst the Dingos also celebrated 9 individual goal scorers for the game.
