March and April Training Schedule Announced

The Dingos continue their preseason campaign with a comprehensive schedule of strength and fitness training.

As is tradition, the team will begin outside light running from our St Clair and Yonge base, slowly ramping up intensity through the month of March with running every Thursday evening from March 2nd to the 16th.

The club returns to indoor training, this time at Upper College Canada, on Saturday March 18th (11am-12pm). The UCC has historically been a staple feature of the Dingos preseason and has hosted inter squad competitions in the past. This is a lot of fun with a focus on skills and game training followed with a trip out to a Marlies hockey game and beers afterwards.

Thursday 23rd of March will see the squad return for more conditioning at the YMCA over a span of 3 weeks. These conditioning and skills sessions have proven invaluable in the past and will raise up fitness levels as we head into spring.

For the first time in club history we will be training at One Academy which will introduce more robust team conditioning and fitness programs, not to be missed.

All preseason sessions are free and open to anyone who wants to come along, get fit, make friends and learn a new sport!
